Roald Dahl Museum & Story Centre

The Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre commissioned me to create costumes based on the Author’s stories. I included characters from Charlie and Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach ( the nasty aunts, the seagull, the worm ), Fantastic Mr Fox as well as the BFG (with some oversize caps and waistcoats and the patched up feel of the BFG atmosphere), trying to capture the overall essence of the characters and producing beautiful yet strong and resilient costumes.
